Jennifer Yhip School of Dance offers Modern Theatre classes for children aged 5 and above. This class serves as a foundation for a variety of dance styles including Jazz, Lyrical, Street, Musical Theatre, and Contemporary dance. Modern Theatre, taught alongside Ballet, helps students develop the necessary skills to become well-rounded dancers. ISTD examinations are conducted annually, providing students with goals to work towards and recognising their achievements.

Brand new for the Autumn/Winter term 2024, Jennifer Yhip School of Dance is now introducing tap classes! Tap dancing is all about rhythm, timing, and creating music with your feet. Come and learn to shuffle, cramp-roll and riff your way into an exciting and fun dance style! Tap out those beats with Miss Alicia - teaching ISTD Tap on Mondays at SE1.

In addition to our traditional dance classes, my central London dance school provides an engaging and fun-filled class called Melody Movement for children aged 18 months to 3 years.
